We're Here to Help You Find Relief

The staff is great, super kind and have had a great experience with managing my chronic pain
Selena V.
I struggle to find the words to describe my experience. I have been looking into ketamine infusions for my severe chronic backpain, and was looking for the added healing of my C-PTSD. My normal pain level was a 9-10 daily, and life was becoming almost unbearable, overly exhausting and defeating each day. Nothing has helped my pain, I’ve had ablations, shots, physical therapy, etc. My pain doctor said we’re at the surgery point - a full 12 hour reconstructive back surgery, and I’m only 33, I have a 6 year old son with autism and surgery is not on the cards for me anytime soon. I also refuse opioids due to family history. I researched many clinics and kept coming back to this one. The price was the most affordable in the valley, and I felt drawn there. After my first infusion, I realized why. The atmosphere is so healing, so personal, so safe! Angela and Becky made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. For me, giving up control is very hard- but I knew I was in their capable hands. I’ve had 3/6 infusions for the pain and I truly feel like a new woman. I feel like I have my life back, I am able to keep up with my son more, I’m not constantly having to ice, heating pad.. cry etc. I’m going to be able to hike with my boyfriend and do all the things we dream of doing as a couple together; that has been on hold due to my pains Over the last week I’ve had days where I am completely pain free, and on days I do have pain it hasn’t gone over a 6. I feel lighter, physically and mentally. I have had profound experiences during my infusions which has truly changed my mindset on things, and most importantly healed deep parts of my soul I didn’t know were hurting so terribly. During my infusions I say “thank you” aloud often because I am so eternally grateful to be able to heal in such a safe space. Thank you complete ketamine solutions, thank you Angela, and Becky- you heal me more each session. ♥️

First off, I have to say that the staff is the greatest. So relaxed and comforting, which really makes a difference in such a vulnerable state. I have always felt so at ease and at home in the office. Bonus points is sometimes there is curly haired "assistant" named Porter that will come in to check on you and get some pets for being a good boy sometimes. Sweetest labradoodle ever. Now to the treatment itself. It is a life changer. I have been suffering from pretty sever depression for almost 20 years. I have been through the gambit of almost every medication and therapy on the market and with only medium results here and there. This is not to say that this needs to be your first option, but if you have already put in the time and work and still don't like where you are, then this was that big push I needed for change. If you can afford the cost, and are ready to change your life for the better than this is the place to make that change. The treatments lift up that dark cloud that surrounds you and gives you a chance to make meaningful changes to your thought patterns and lifestyle. It's not like getting a shot and then your cured forever, you have to put in the work, but its as close as a miracle drug as I've ever seen.

The new staff and Angela are amazing! If you need help this is the place!

I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing place. While I was only living in Phoenix temporarily for a clinical experience, I still received wonderful care and service. All of the staff are very sweet and genuinely care for each patient's wellbeing. I also received excellent care in their capable hands. They provide a wonderful, healing environment for all patients they care for. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me.
Michaela C.
I’ve been battling with depression, anxiety, as well as alcoholism for 30 plus years. After my ketamine therapy sessions I feel amazing! I have to be sure to keep up on the boosters as needed and it’s amazing! I’d recommend it for anyone struggling in any part of your life.

Discover The Facts About Ketamine Therapy

Ketamine, a derivative of phencyclidine, is an anesthetic drug that was developed in 1962 and has been widely used in a variety of settings. Ketamine acts as an antagonist of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor and targets glutamate, which is an excitatory amino acid neurotransmitter.

Ketamine has been used to induce and maintain general anesthesia for more than 30 years and is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines. Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic and has a remarkably safe track record in clinical settings. Ketamine is commonly used to treat complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), sometimes referred to as reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD).

Over the past two decades, researchers have consistently found that low doses of ketamine, administered intravenously (ketamine infusions), produce a rapid anti-depressant effect.

Ketamine is used to treat various chronic pain syndromes, especially those that have a neuropathic component, such as complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), or reflex sympathetic systrophy (RSD).

Scientists are still exploring the exact mechanism by which depression is relieved, but research suggests that by blocking the NMDA receptors, ketamine prompts the brain to increase the production of synaptic signaling proteins in the prefrontal cortex. The prefrontal cortex is the region of the brain thought to play a critical role in a person’s ability to regulate his/her mood. Ketamine appears to promote the growth of new synapses in the prefrontal cortex, resulting in greater connectivity in the brain while also switching certain connections on and off. This cascade of events is thought to be the reason for the rapid anti-depressant effect.

The duration of symptomatic relief patients experience following ketamine infusion therapy varies greatly. Patients who have received ketamine infusion therapy for depression have reported significant improvements in their mood and abilities to function anywhere from days to weeks. When patients do experience such relief, it may be the first time in decades that they have felt healthy and ‘normal’.

You haven’t heard of ketamine for the treatment of refractory depression because the practice of using ketamine to treat depression is in its infancy. Ketamine is most commonly known as a general anesthetic, used in surgical procedures. You may know of ketamine as a rave drug, used recreationally since the 1980s. The utilization of ketamine to treat depression is not yet FDA-approved, as the FDA approval process can take many years, due to the amount of funding, research and time required. Fortunately, the research being conducted continues to demonstrate that ketamine is effective in treating depression, and the use of ketamine in this population is becoming increasingly common.

Most recent research shows that some possible short-term side effects may include headache, anxiety, dissociation, nausea, and dizziness.

Yes, this is legal. Ketamine treatment is an intravenous infusion procedure performed in a specially equipped medical office under the direction of an M.D.

When ketamine is administered in a controlled medical setting by a properly trained and licensed clinician using established methods, it is very safe. Ketamine is the only anesthetic that does not suppress the body’s cardiovascular and respiratory systems. When used recreationally or outside of a controlled medical setting, ketamine use can have very serious adverse effects.

A series of Ketamine Infusions for depression, PTSD, and Anxiety Disorders at Complete Ketamine Solutions consists of 6 infusions over a period of 10 days to 2 weeks. The first day in the clinic is about 90 minutes because of paperwork, and the infusions are weight-based, starting at 0.5mg/kg. The remaining 5 infusions are alternated 1-hour and 2-hour infusions throughout the series with a slight increase in the amount of ketamine each successive infusion, and then a 30 – 45 min recovery time along with additional time in the waiting area if needed. The cost of the series is $2,200 and is due prior to the first infusion. Complete Ketamine Solutions will provide patients with a superbill that can be remitted to your insurance company for reimbursed.

The ketamine infusion series for chronic pain management consists of six 2-hour infusions and has several more analgesic medications added to the infusions. This is weight-based and starts at 0.75mg/kg and will increase with each successive dose as long as it is well tolerated by the patient.

The Pain Protocol alternates between 2-hour and 3-hour infusions.. The cost of a Ketamine Infusion series for chronic pain is $2,700 and is due on the first day of your series or on the day of your first infusion, etc.

As part of membership in our practice, we would like patients to come back for evaluation around 7 weeks after finishing their series and every 7 weeks following for maintenance/booster infusions as a total compliance practice to keep your symptoms manageable for the future.

Boosters are sometimes necessary for both depression and pain-related treatments. This is the current cost for boosters:
1 hour –    $325
2 hour –    $475
3 hour –    $675
4 hour –    $875
6 hour – $1,275

“I’ve been taking Ketamine for a few months now and I feel so much better. My feet problems, including not being able to walk are much better. My feet are not perfect but they are much better. The at-home treatment is the best. At night when my feet hurt it really helps to ease the pain. On another note, after I leave a treatment, the following day I can do everything I need to. My depression is low as well as my anxiety. It’s amazing! The staff especially Phylis and Amanda and the folks up front are like family. They go out of their way to make the treatment relaxing and pleasant. Give these guys a shot at helping you. I highly recommend them.” – Matthew Gary

“Great clinic. Clint Phyllis and Rick are all amazing. The nurses check on you all the time while the infusion is taking place. They want u to be comfortable and care for their patients. Would recommend to anyone!” – Teresa Ferguson

From the time I call for an appointment to walking in the office and then into the infusion room, I am always made to feel comfortable and safe. I trust them with my well being, and they have shown the greatest compassion for me. They have even worked me in a couple of times, for an urgent appointment, when they really didn’t have to. Ketamine is a life saver for my daily chronic migraines!! I’m so thankful I took the chance and tried it. It’s my new best friend.” – Kathy
